Scrum Master (Jr/Mid Level)

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Scrum Master (Jr/Mid Level) based in Canada. This role supports two high-impact digital delivery teams focused on Voice and Chat channels. You will help ensure product work moves smoothly from ideation and backlog refinement through sprint completion and release. Working closely with Product Owners, technical teams, vendors, and contractors, you will act as a facilitator, coach, and delivery advocate. The role combines hands-on sprint management with data-driven performance monitoring and continuous improvement. You will help remove blockers, strengthen Agile practices, and maintain transparency across complex delivery activities.
