Scrum Master

This role offers the opportunity to guide Agile delivery for a large-scale government technology project supporting critical public-sector initiatives.You will facilitate Scrum practices, strengthen collaboration, and help cross-functional software development teams consistently achieve their goals.Working within a CI/CD environment, you will remove impediments and promote efficient, transparent, and high-quality delivery practices.You will partner closely with Product Management, senior client leadership, and business stakeholders to align priorities and improve processes.The role combines hands-on Agile facilitation with coaching, conflict resolution, and continuous improvement.You will help teams become more self-organizing, collaborative, and effective while championing Agile principles and quality practices.This is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a mission-driven environment while working with modern Agile methodologies and tools.
