This is an opportunity to support technology teams in building stronger Agile practices and delivering work with greater consistency and predictability.You will facilitate Scrum ceremonies, maintain delivery discipline, remove impediments, and ensure teams remain focused on meaningful outcomes.The role is particularly suited to a Scrum Master who enjoys helping teams develop their Agile maturity and reducing process friction.You will use Jira to maintain healthy backlogs, track sprint progress, and provide stakeholders with accurate and timely delivery visibility.Your work will directly contribute to improving sprint predictability, resolving blockers, and creating sustainable delivery habits.You will collaborate with technology teams and stakeholders in an environment that values continuous improvement, transparency, and effective communication.You will also have the opportunity to use AI-assisted productivity tools to streamline ceremony preparation, documentation, and reporting.
