SAP SuccessFactors EC/ECP Senior Consultant

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a SAP SuccessFactors EC/ECP Senior Consultant based in Canada. This role is ideal for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors professional focused on Employee Central and Employee Central Payroll in a global environment. You’ll support and sustain critical payroll operations for the United States and Canada, helping ensure reliable and efficient HR and payroll processes. The position combines functional analysis, configuration, incident resolution, testing, and close collaboration with business and technical teams. You’ll work directly with users and stakeholders to understand issues, assess requirements, and implement effective solutions. Strong ownership and analytical thinking will be essential when troubleshooting complex processes and inconsistencies. Advanced English is mandatory, as the role involves daily communication within an international environment.
