As a SAP SuccessFactors Consultant, Specialist, you will lead the functional delivery of Employee Central and/or Talent modules across complex implementation programs.You will translate client requirements into scalable, well-documented SuccessFactors solutions aligned with business and technical needs.The role combines solution design, configuration, data migration, testing, go-live support, and application maintenance.You will work closely with clients, project teams, technical specialists, and other stakeholders throughout the implementation lifecycle.You will also contribute to sales activities by supporting solution scoping, proposals, estimates, and statements of work.This is an opportunity to work on global HR transformation projects while applying structured methodologies and SuccessFactors best practices.The role suits a consulting professional who enjoys client interaction, problem-solving, ownership, and delivering high-quality HR technology solutions.
