SAP HCM Technical Consultant

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a SAP HCM Technical Consultant based in India. As an SAP HCM Technical Consultant, you will combine HR process knowledge with strong ABAP development expertise to deliver and support SAP HCM solutions in a digital transformation environment. You will work closely with HR stakeholders and functional teams to translate business needs into effective technical solutions. The role covers development, enhancement, integration, troubleshooting, and ongoing support across key SAP HR processes. You will contribute to projects involving system upgrades, data migration, and integrations while ensuring reliable and high-quality solutions. Your work will directly support critical employee, organizational, time management, and payroll processes.
