The Salesforce Technical Architect collaborates with business stakeholders, engineering, security, product, and operations teams to develop enterprise-wide Salesforce architecture strategies, reference architectures, and roadmaps that align technology solutions with business goals. Additionally, the role involves architecting and overseeing end-to-end Salesforce solutions across multiple Salesforce platforms, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Health Cloud, and Marketing Cloud, and supporting cross-functional transformation programs.
