This role offers the opportunity to lead functional delivery across long-term Salesforce managed services engagements.You will act as a trusted advisor, helping clients translate business needs into scalable solutions and continuous improvements.Working with Salesforce and, where relevant, Amazon technologies, you will own requirements, solution design, configuration, and delivery.You will manage multiple customer engagements simultaneously while coordinating with global delivery teams.The position combines hands-on platform expertise, client leadership, backlog management, and strategic consulting.You will also mentor junior team members and help customers adopt new capabilities across an evolving technology landscape.It is an ideal opportunity for an experienced Salesforce professional who enjoys ownership, variety, and client-facing transformation work.
