Salesforce Senior Consultant Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Salesforce Senior Consultant Manager based in Canada. This is a senior, client-facing leadership role focused on scaling Revenue Operations capabilities across complex B2B environments. You’ll combine people leadership with hands-on expertise across Salesforce, marketing automation, and HubSpot. The role offers the opportunity to lead a team of Revenue Operations professionals while remaining deeply involved in strategic and technical client work. You’ll shape CRM architecture, automation, lifecycle management, integrations, attribution, reporting, and data governance. You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders, translating complex technical challenges into practical business recommendations.
