About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) Specialist with proven expertise in SFMC’s personalization capabilities. The ideal candidate will have multi-year hands-on experience delivering personalized, data-driven campaigns and leveraging SFMC tools to optimize customer journeys.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and execute personalized marketing campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Utilize SFMC Personalization (formerly Interaction Studio) or other personalization modules to create tailored experiences.
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and analytics teams to align personalization strategies with overall business goals.
- Manage campaign automation, segmentation, and journey mapping within SFMC.
- Analyze campaign performance and implement improvements based on data insights.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy and best practice standards.
Qualifications
- 3–5+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Proven experience in SFMC Personalization (Interaction Studio) or similar personalization tools.
- Strong knowledge of journey builder, automation studio, audience segmentation, and dynamic content creation.
- Solid understanding of email marketing best practices, HTML/CSS for email, and data-driven personalization.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams.
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications are a plus.
