Job Description:

Menlo Security is looking for a Salesforce Developer to join our Business Technology team and serve as a core architect and builder for our GTM Strategy and Operations team. This person will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying high-quality, scalable technical solutions on the Salesforce platform to support our critical Sales, Customer Success, and Finance operations. This is an exciting opportunity to translate complex business requirements into elegant code and configuration, ensuring the stability, performance, and security of the entire Salesforce ecosystem as we scale to protect enterprises and governments worldwide. You will partner with business stakeholders and cross-functional operations teams (Sales Operations, CS Operations) to deliver innovative solutions that automate processes and drive business efficiency.


WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

- Custom Development & Engineering: Design, develop, test, and deploy custom programmatic solutions on the Salesforce platform using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and SOQL/SOSL, while strictly adhering to best practices and governor limits.

- System Integration: Build and maintain seamless, high-performance integrations between Salesforce and external business applications (e.g., ERP, CPQ, Marketing Automation, Gainsight) using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools.

- Process Automation: Utilize a blend of declarative (Flow, Process Builder) and programmatic tools to build robust, scalable automation that streamlines business processes across the entire customer lifecycle.

- Quality Assurance & DevOps: Own the development lifecycle, including performing code reviews, writing comprehensive unit tests (Apex Test Classes for 90%+ code coverage), managing release cycles, and enforcing source control (Git) and CI/CD methodologies.
