ROLE SUMMARY As an Operations / SDR Supervisor, you will be fully responsible for the comprehensive performance, development, and management of an international Sales Development Representative (SDR) team. Your main objective is to align daily outbound and prospecting operations with strategic global KPIs, ensuring continuous growth, high quality, and outstanding conversion metrics. 2.
