About the Role:

As a Sales Recruiter, you will play a strategic role in building high-impact teams by attracting, engaging, and closing top talent. This is not a traditional recruiting role, we’re looking for someone who operates as a “sales-first recruiter”, capable of influencing decisions, telling compelling stories, and positioning opportunities effectively. The ideal candidate thrives in high-volume hiring environments, understands tech/SaaS talent dynamics, and is passionate about delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

In this role, you will gain international exposure, working with global stakeholders while being part of a highly structured HR function and cross-collaborative teams. Motive also offers strong growth opportunities, both within Talent Acquisition and across cross-functional teams, enabling long-term career progression.

What You’ll Do:

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team needs, and hiring priorities
  • Own end-to-end, high-volume recruitment (sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, and closing)
  • Build and maintain strong pipelines of active and passive candidates
  • Act as a brand ambassador, effectively “selling” the company and opportunities to candidates
  • Drive candidate engagement through strong communication and storytelling
  • Consistently meet and exceed recruiting KPIs (pipeline health, time-to-fill, offer acceptance)
  • Leverage ATS tools (Greenhouse) and data to optimize hiring processes
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure a seamless hiring experience
