THE OPPORTUNITY

We are hiring a Sales Operations Specialist to our Global Sales Operations team in Brazil!

You will be responsible for building operational excellence and provide strategic advisory to the Wellhub sales leadership team. You will be working with commercial and cross-functional teams (Ops, Finance, HR, Marketing) around the world with a global scope.

YOUR IMPACT

  • Monitor metrics and proactively surface insights to the Commercial leadership team. Highlight  best performing regions and identify drivers behind over and under performance;  
  • Get your hands dirty in the data but also step up to own sales strategy and planning;
  • Participate in projects to make data-driven decisions on topics including: forecasting,  growth/churn strategy, territory optimization, process improvement and sales incentive design;  
  • Play a pivotal role in our annual strategic planning process by making  recommendations in areas such as go-to-market strategy, how to restructure/grow  teams, and improve seller productivity;   
  • Build and present reports to senior sales leadership;
  • Provide day-to-day support and troubleshooting of issues (support);
