We are looking for potential participants for our 2026 Summer Internship Program and are excited to invite driven and self-motivated candidates to apply! Ensono is dedicated to cultivating talented individuals with unique skillsets who know how to dream big and build bigger! This is a paid position. 

Ensono’s paid internship is a 12-week program that runs from May 18th to August 7th, 2026 and could lead to a part-time or full-time position within Ensono. 

 

What you can look forward to doing:

As a Sales Operations Intern, you’ll gain exposure to the processes, analytics, and programs that support our sales organization. You’ll collaborate with Sales Operations professionals and cross-functional teams to help keep our sales engine running efficiently and effectively.

  • Support the documentation, communication, and execution of sales operations processes and best practices
  • Assist with planning and coordination of internal sales meetings, summits, and programs
  • Help prepare recurring reports, metrics, and dashboards used by sales leadership
  • Collect, organize, and analyze data to identify trends and insights related to sales performance
  • Serve as a support point for routine operational requests and special projects
  • Maintain tracking, documentation, and reporting related to sales initiatives
  • Learn how sales operations align with Ensono’s broader business strategy and client outcomes

 

Our summer internship is the entry point into our 12-month rotational program. The program aims to create a pathway to full time employment and develop well rounded junior associates with great potential.
