Sales Manager

This role leads a high-performing B2C inside sales team focused on helping homeowners access greater financial flexibility through home equity solutions. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for day-to-day team support, performance management, coaching, and sales execution. You will set clear goals, analyze performance data, and develop strategies that improve productivity and customer experience. The role also includes hiring, onboarding, training, and developing Account Managers/Sales Representatives. Working closely with cross-functional partners, you will help shape sales initiatives and optimize processes across the organization.
