Lead a high-performing sales team and shape the growth of an established-home resale business across Queensland’s lifestyle communities.You’ll oversee a team of 9–10 sales professionals, creating clarity, building capability, and driving sustainable commercial performance.The role combines people leadership, sales strategy, customer engagement, and strong commercial decision-making.You’ll build trusted relationships with homeowners while developing a healthy listings pipeline and delivering exceptional customer outcomes.Working across office, community, and remote environments, you’ll stay closely connected to your team and the communities you support.With regular travel between the Sunshine Coast and Gold Coast, you’ll have a visible role in the customer experience and day-to-day sales operation.This is an opportunity to lead with purpose while contributing to the continued growth of a nationally expanding lifestyle communities business.
