Sales Development Representative, Talent Finder

Our partner is looking for a Sales Development Representative, Talent Finder based in the United States. As a Sales Development Representative, you will help expand adoption of a leading clinician sourcing and recruitment platform across hospitals, health systems, medical groups, and recruitment organizations. You’ll own a defined territory or book of business, researching prospects and identifying decision-makers involved in physician and advanced practice provider recruitment. Through phone, email, social media, and data-driven outreach, you’ll create meaningful conversations and qualified sales opportunities. You’ll work closely with Business Development and Sales teams to develop territory strategies and support account expansion.
