Safety and Security Representative

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Safety and Security Representative based in United States. This role supports a safe, secure, and welcoming environment across retail locations in the assigned area. You will help identify and address safety risks, respond to security concerns, and de-escalate challenging situations while maintaining a professional customer-focused approach. The position combines in-store security, loss prevention, incident documentation, safety audits, and team training. You will work closely with store leadership, regional teams, facilities, peer organizations, and law enforcement when appropriate. The role requires strong judgment, discretion, and the ability to act independently in fast-changing situations. It is a hands-on position with regular local travel and a flexible schedule covering days, evenings, weekends, and occasional overnight shifts
