SaaS Implementation Project Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a SaaS Implementation Project Manager based in the United States. This is a hands-on project management role overseeing a high-volume portfolio of customer implementations in a fast-paced SaaS environment.You will manage 40+ concurrent projects, guiding customers from initial handoff through configuration, testing, launch, and transition to Customer Success.The role combines disciplined portfolio management with strong customer communication, technical curiosity, and sound judgment.You will work closely with Sales, Product, Engineering, Onboarding, and Customer Success to remove blockers and maintain implementation momentum.AI, automation, templates, and repeatable workflows are encouraged to improve productivity while maintaining accuracy and accountability.Success requires someone who can create clarity across many moving projects without compromising customer experience or delivery quality.This remote opportunity is ideal for a calm, proactive operator who enjoys solving problems, improving processes, and working independently.
