ClickUp is seeking a dynamic, strategic second-line leader to drive our Commercial Sales team in EMEA to new heights. As a key player in our mission to unify productivity tools and empower teams worldwide, you will shape the future of sales at one of the fastest-growing SaaS companies. The Role:

* Lead and scale the commercial sales team to achieve and exceed revenue targets

* Build the infrastructure and processes to scale by hundreds in coming years

* Develop and implement sales strategies

* Utilize data analytics to make informed decisions and optimize sales processes

* Foster a high-performance culture through effective change management and leadership

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to increase output and efficiency

* Drive results-oriented initiatives and ensure alignment with company goals

* Manage and mentor a team of sales leaders and representatives

* Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Qualifications:

* 4-8 years of experience in a second-line sales management role

* Proven track record of scaling sales teams and achieving revenue targets

* Strong data analytics skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions

* Experience in cross-functional collaboration and driving change management

* Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets

* Experience in the SaaS industry is required and preferred if CWM.

* Excellent communication and leadership skills
