RF Design Engineer

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a RF Design Engineer based in United States. This role focuses on designing and optimizing in-building wireless systems that support reliable LTE and 5G connectivity across complex indoor environments. You will contribute to Distributed Antenna System (DAS) and small cell deployments where coverage, capacity, and user experience are critical. The position combines RF engineering expertise with project coordination, technical documentation, and cross-functional collaboration. You will work closely with construction teams, vendors, technicians, OEMs, carriers, project managers, and deployment teams throughout the project lifecycle. The role requires strong attention to carrier specifications, design standards, and regulatory requirements. You will help deliver technically sound wireless solutions for commercial and high-demand environments across the United States.
