Revenue Operations Lead

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Revenue Operations Lead based in Canada. This is a high-impact opportunity to build a Revenue Operations function from the ground up within a fast-growing fintech environment. You’ll work closely with the Head of Sales to create the systems, data infrastructure, reporting, and messaging needed to scale the sales organization. The role supports Account Executives and Sales Development Representatives while helping turn a large existing user base into an effective sales pipeline. You’ll define foundational processes such as funnel architecture, lead scoring, forecasting, and outbound messaging. This is a true builder role where you’ll have significant ownership and autonomy rather than maintaining established systems. You’ll operate in a lean, collaborative environment where experimentation, analytical thinking, and measurable outcomes are highly valued.
