SPOT — the Solutions Partner Operations Team — is the operational backbone of HubSpot's Solutions Partner Program. We're the team that makes sure partners get paid accurately and on time, that payment questions get resolved quickly, and that new program pilots have the operational infrastructure they need to land cleanly.
We're looking for a Revenue Operations Specialist who can handle the core commissions and payment workload with consistency and accuracy, and step into new pilots as the person who figures out what needs to happen operationally before anything goes live. This isn't a build-it-and-hand-it-off role — you'll own the processes you run and the programs you help stand up.
