Retention Strategist Director

The Retention Strategist Director will lead strategic retention efforts for large defined contribution and total retirement solution clients. This role combines client strategy, sales leadership, proposal development, and executive-level presentations. You will work cross-functionally with relationship management, sales, administration, strategic relations, and RFP teams. The position requires a strong understanding of retirement solutions, financial services, competitive dynamics, and client needs. You will guide complex retention opportunities from strategy development through proposals, negotiations, and final presentations.
