Retail Sales Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Retail Sales Manager based in Canada. This role is responsible for accelerating sales growth and market adoption of innovative agricultural nutrition and bioscience products across Eastern Canada.You will lead demand-generation initiatives, strengthen customer relationships, and identify opportunities to expand market share.Working closely with account managers, agronomists, marketing teams, and retail partners, you will develop customer-specific go-to-market strategies.You will also help translate scientific and agronomic value into compelling commercial opportunities for customers and sales teams.The role combines strategic sales leadership with hands-on customer engagement, training, field demonstrations, and market development.Success will require strong commercial judgment, agronomic knowledge, and the ability to influence stakeholders across a dynamic territory.This is a highly collaborative, field-oriented opportunity with significant autonomy and approximately 60–70% travel.
