Resource Coordinator II

This role supports centralized resource management within a global clinical research environment.You’ll coordinate resource requests, allocation processes, reporting, and demand updates across multiple business functions.Working closely with Project Managers, Clinical Trial Managers, proposal teams, and line managers, you’ll help ensure the right resources are available where they are needed.The position combines operational coordination, advanced Excel work, data management, and process oversight.You’ll play an important role in maintaining accurate resource information and keeping weekly workflows running smoothly.The role also provides opportunities to identify inefficiencies and contribute to continuous process and tool improvements.It is well suited to an organized, analytical professional who enjoys working across teams in a structured, deadline-driven environment.
