Key Responsibilities Renewal Management - Lead the renewal process for assigned accounts with Federal and in the EasternUnited States regions to improve renewal rates. - Engage with customers 180 days before renewal deadlines to secure timely renewals & multi-year contracts. - Prepare accurate renewal quotes and contracts in line with company policies. - Ability to independently run a full renewals process with efficiency and urgency Customer Engagement - Build strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and challenges. - Present renewal information independently and confidently - Clearly communicate complex renewal contracts Negotiation and Objection Handling - Address customer objections related to renewals. - Negotiate contract t...
