Renewable Energy Mid - Senior M&A Attorney

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Renewable Energy Mid - Senior M&A Attorney based in Brazil. This is an opportunity for an experienced transactional attorney to lead sophisticated M&A matters within the rapidly evolving renewable energy sector. You’ll take ownership of acquisitions and dispositions involving renewable energy projects and portfolios, with a particular focus on solar and battery storage. The role combines complex legal analysis, transaction management, negotiation, and close collaboration with clients and multidisciplinary experts. You’ll work across critical project agreements, including EPCs, O&Ms, PPAs, and other underlying energy contracts. As a senior member of a distributed legal team, you’ll have significant autonomy while managing associates and coordinating multiple deal workflows.
