You will take a leading role in negotiations, transaction execution, client relationships, and strategic legal guidance. The position offers exposure to sophisticated financing, joint venture, private equity, restructuring, governance, and commercial transactions. You will collaborate with experienced attorneys while mentoring junior team members and contributing to the continued growth of the corporate practice.
