Release Engineer

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Release Engineer based in Canada. This role supports complex technology programs by coordinating multiple teams toward successful, predictable software releases. You will operate at the intersection of program management, Agile delivery, product coordination, and technical execution. The position focuses on aligning teams working across shared products and features so they can plan and execute as a unified release train. You will facilitate key Agile and SAFe ceremonies, manage risks and dependencies, and remove or escalate impediments. The role also requires strong stakeholder management, project planning, reporting, and documentation skills. Working across cross-functional and global teams, you will help ensure technology initiatives remain aligned with scope, timelines, budgets, and business objectives.
