Regulatory Affairs & Entity Corporate Governance Manager

Our partner is looking for a Regulatory Affairs & Entity Corporate Governance Manager based in Canada. This role oversees the governance, regulatory compliance, and ongoing administration of an international portfolio of legal entities.You’ll act as a central coordinator across Finance, HR, Payroll, Legal, Compliance, Operations, and external advisors.Your work will ensure entities remain in good standing while registrations, filings, licenses, and corporate obligations are completed accurately and on time.You’ll manage relationships with legal, accounting, corporate services, payroll, and other regulatory partners across multiple jurisdictions.As the organization expands internationally, you’ll help establish scalable processes, systems, and reporting to support a growing entity footprint.The role is highly operational and requires strong organization, attention to detail, sound judgment, and reliable follow-through.It offers an opportunity to shape international entity management processes within a fast-moving, remote, and globally distributed environment.
