Registered Brokerage Specialist

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Registered Brokerage Specialist based in Canada. This is a hands-on opportunity within a global brokerage operations environment, focused on the successful conversion and migration of partner accounts and assets.You will own migration projects end to end, supporting new partner launches and facilitating the movement of assets between clearing and custodial firms.The role combines operational execution, reconciliation, partner management, and cross-functional coordination.You will work closely with brokerage operations, compliance, product, engineering, and external counterparties to resolve issues and keep migrations on schedule.Attention to detail is critical, particularly when managing large datasets, transfer files, account records, and asset reconciliations.The position suits someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can remain organized and decisive during time-sensitive conversion windows.You will also contribute to scalable processes, playbooks, and documentation that make future migrations more efficient and reliable.
