This is a field-based retirement plan sales leadership opportunity covering North Carolina and South Carolina.The role focuses on developing a substantial territory and generating new business across retirement plan solutions.You’ll provide consultative guidance to partners and customers, helping them understand relevant products and services.Success requires strong prospecting, territory management, relationship-building, and sales execution.You’ll work closely with internal retirement plan teams to support customer retention and satisfaction.The position also offers opportunities to share expertise, mentor colleagues, and strengthen regional sales practices.Regular travel throughout the assigned territory is an essential part of the role.
