Regional Vice President

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Regional Vice President based in the United States. This senior leadership role oversees regional operations across a dynamic, multi-unit service environment, with responsibility for performance, client relationships, people development, and financial results. The Regional Vice President will lead District and Resident District Managers while partnering closely with national and divisional leadership. You’ll serve as a senior representative to key clients, helping strengthen relationships, resolve escalations, and support long-term partnerships. The role also contributes to growth strategy through collaboration with sales and retention teams, including new business development and contract negotiations. With ownership of regional P&L and strategic initiatives, you’ll help shape operational priorities while fostering a culture of accountability, inclusion, safety, and continuous development.
