Regional Property Manager - Affordable Housing/Multi-Family

As a Regional Property Manager, you will oversee the operational and financial performance of a multi-site affordable housing portfolio across the Washington, DC, Maryland, and Virginia region. You will provide leadership to on-site teams while maintaining strong occupancy, resident satisfaction, property standards, and financial performance. The role requires hands-on oversight, including frequent travel to assigned communities and regular site inspections. You will manage budgets, compliance, staffing, vendor relationships, reporting, and day-to-day property operations across multiple locations. Your expertise in LIHTC, Project-Based Section 8, certifications, and regulatory inspections will be essential to maintaining compliant and well-performing communities.
