This is a senior project leadership role responsible for driving operational excellence across a regional project management function.You’ll lead, mentor, and develop project managers while ensuring high standards of delivery, governance, and client service.The role combines people leadership, project oversight, resource planning, financial management, and process improvement.You’ll work across regional and global teams to ensure projects are delivered on brief, on time, within scope, and within budget.You’ll also help shape project management best practices, strengthen operational processes, and identify opportunities for AI and automation.With significant client and stakeholder interaction, you’ll act as a trusted escalation point and advocate for successful delivery.This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced project leader to influence a rapidly scaling creative and production environment with global reach.
