Our partner is looking for a Regional Portfolio Expansion and Delivery Excellence Lead based in Brazil. This part-time secondment offers an opportunity to contribute to regional growth and impact across Latin America.The role combines portfolio expansion with operational excellence, supporting the identification of high-potential programs for future launches.An initial focus will be placed on Colombia, while the broader scope involves collaboration with teams across multiple countries.You will use data, market insights, and performance indicators to shape strategic recommendations and improve program outcomes.The position requires close partnership with senior regional and country leaders in a collaborative, matrixed environment.You will help strengthen delivery quality, data integrity, impact measurement, and continuous improvement practices.The six-month assignment requires approximately one day per week, with regular regional engagement and executive-level progress reporting.
