This is a regional leadership opportunity within an innovative medical device environment focused on improving dialysis care.The role leads Clinical Excellence Managers across the Western U.S., supporting customer success, adoption, and long-term account development.You’ll work closely with Sales, Clinical, Marketing, Service, and other cross-functional teams to advance strategic priorities.The position combines people leadership, customer relationship management, program development, and clinical process improvement.You’ll help customers successfully implement and expand the use of medical device solutions while providing education and best-practice guidance.Success requires strong business acumen, analytical thinking, stakeholder management, and the ability to translate data into practical action plans.The position is highly collaborative and travel-intensive, with up to 75% travel throughout the assigned Western region.
