Regional Director, Medical Science Liaison

Our partner is looking for a Regional Director, Medical Science Liaison based in the United States. This is a high-impact medical affairs leadership role supporting the advancement of innovative ophthalmic therapies. You will lead scientific engagement across a defined U.S. territory while contributing to Phase 3 clinical development and future commercialization efforts. The role combines field-based medical leadership, investigator engagement, clinical trial support, and strategic account development. You will build trusted relationships with key opinion leaders, healthcare providers, investigators, and major healthcare organizations. Working cross-functionally with Clinical Operations, Medical Affairs, Commercial, and Regulatory teams, you will translate scientific insights into meaningful business and clinical impact. This is also an opportunity to help establish a scalable field medical organization and shape its future growth.
