About the Role We are seeking a Regional Director, Commercial Sales to lead our Commercial segment focused on high-value, fast-growing digital native businesses in UK&I. This team will be the first line of communication with startups that have the potential to become Cursor’s largest enterprise customers in the future. You’ll manage, coach, and grow a founding team of commercial AEs responsible for high-velocity sales cycles, true-up processes, and rapid response to inbound leads. As the founding sales leader in this motion, you will define and refine a repeatable playbook, establish forecasting practices, and help shape the trajectory of a segment that is brand new to the business.
