Regional Assistant Service Manager

This remote leadership role oversees a team responsible for accurate and timely work order management across a military housing portfolio.You’ll play a key role in maintaining data integrity, operational consistency, and strong resident service outcomes.The position combines people leadership, performance management, reporting, process improvement, and customer service escalation.You’ll monitor key performance indicators, identify operational gaps, and partner with local property teams to resolve issues.The role also offers an opportunity to coach and develop a distributed team while strengthening standardized workflows and accountability.The successful candidate will bring a detail-oriented, solutions-focused approach to a dynamic, collaborative environment.Because of the portfolio supported, candidates must live within reasonable driving distance of one of the designated military housing locations.
