Red Team Security Engineer

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Red Team Security Engineer III based in United States. This role focuses on advanced offensive security operations supporting critical cybersecurity missions. You will conduct penetration tests across global customer networks, assess applications and systems, and emulate sophisticated adversarial techniques to identify vulnerabilities. The position combines hands-on red teaming with rapid development of specialized tools and scripts designed to support authorized security assessments. You will research emerging exploitation techniques and threat vectors while helping design representative environments for testing and training. The role also includes supporting exercises, demonstrations, conferences, and technical capability development. Working in a high-pressure environment, you will manage multiple engagements while collaborating with technical teams, leadership, and external stakeholders.
