Recruitment Resourcer / 180 Recruiter

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Recruitment Resourcer / 180 Recruiter based in South Africa. This is a key opportunity to become the right-hand recruitment partner to an experienced UK recruiter within a growing boutique consultancy. You’ll take ownership of the candidate pipeline across several live vacancies, with a strong focus on sourcing and engaging high-quality UK talent. The role is heavily focused on LinkedIn recruitment, screening, qualification, and candidate relationship management. You’ll work across multiple sectors, primarily recruiting sales professionals for established UK businesses. Initially operating within a 180 recruitment model, you’ll have the opportunity to gradually take on more client-facing responsibilities as the business grows. The environment is autonomous, relationship-led, and focused on quality placements rather than high-volume transactional recruitment.
