You’ll become the go-to expert for the recruiting systems ecosystem, ensuring tools, workflows, integrations, and data operate reliably and efficiently. Your work will directly improve the experience of recruiters, coordinators, and hiring teams while reducing manual effort through automation. You’ll work hands-on with systems such as Greenhouse and ModernLoop, alongside adjacent SaaS and internally built tools.
