Recruiting Programs Manager Employment Type: Contract | Reports To: VP of People | Location: Remote / Flexible About the Role Tessera Labs is scaling quickly, and we need someone to own the systems, processes, and programs that keep it running well. This contract role is focused on getting full value out of our recruiting technology stack, including our recently upgraded ATS (Ashby), rebuilding how we train and calibrate interviewers, and building the infrastructure that lets Recruiting operate with consistency and scale. What You'll Do Recruiting Systems & Tool Optimization - Own and continuously improve components of our recruiting technology stack (ATS, scheduling platforms, assessments, etc.) by identifying gaps, evaluating processes, and creating impact in partnership with systems teams. - Manage vendor relationships for all talent acquisition technologies.
