This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Recruiter & Talent Network Builder based in Canada. This remote role combines full-cycle technology recruiting with long-term talent network development.You will source, engage, evaluate, and place technology professionals across client and internal opportunities.A major focus is building and maintaining a warm bench of pre-qualified consultants who can be mobilized quickly.You will work closely with Growth, Delivery, and Resourcing teams to anticipate hiring needs before positions formally open.The role also involves developing strong relationships across the Canadian technology community and staying informed on market trends.Success means creating a responsive, trusted talent network that supports fast staffing while delivering a positive candidate experience.You will join an international, collaborative environment spanning Canada, the US, and Latin America.
