Recruiter

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Recruiter based in Canada. This is an opportunity to join a fast-growing, fully remote technology company and help build a high-performing team for scale.You will own the full-cycle recruiting process, from proactive sourcing through offers, while continuously strengthening the talent pipeline.The role combines technical recruiting, talent community building, employer branding, and recruiting operations.You will work closely with founders, senior leadership, and teams across the organization to identify and attract exceptional talent.Your work will directly influence team growth, talent density, and the candidate experience.You’ll have significant autonomy to experiment with creative sourcing strategies and improve recruiting infrastructure.The environment is remote, low-ego, highly collaborative, and focused on ownership, quality, and execution.
