Recruiter

Resend is growing fast, with over 3 million developers now using the platform. We're looking for a Recruiter to help us source and hire bar-raising team members as we build Resend for scale. You will proactively source candidates to continuously increase our funnel talent density, own the full-cycle recruiting process and cultivate a stand-out talent brand and community. You will work closely with our Chief of Staff, Founders, and team to bring the best candidates into our talent network and create a positive and memorable candidate experience. This role is fully remote based in UTC-8 to UTC0 timezones, with some expected travel for team offsites, conferences, meetups, and more.
