Recruiter and Interviewer Application

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Recruiter and Interviewer Application based in Bulgaria. This fully remote role is an opportunity to play a direct part in identifying and selecting talented professionals for a growing global organization. You’ll conduct multiple video interviews and structured role-playing assessments, evaluating candidates against the skills and behaviors required for each position. The role combines recruiting expertise, strong communication, and careful judgment to identify candidates who demonstrate professionalism, growth mindset, and team alignment. You’ll work closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and continuously refine selection criteria. Success requires excellent organization, confidence on camera, and the ability to assess candidates consistently and thoughtfully.
